Rain Rain Go Away
It has been raining a lot here lately, so we haven't been hanging out on too many patios. However, if you are looking for some rainy day reading, Paste Magazine has an entire section of their website devoted to drinks.

Happy Monday!
It's almost happy hour! If you are looking for a beer to try, give this one a shot. Rogue's Juniper Pale Ale is our new favorite. Can't wait to find a patio that has this one on tap!

Stella's Kentucky Deli (Lexington, KY)
Stella's has a beautiful patio. It's just as cute and quaint as the restaurant itself, a stunning victorian home with gingerbread detailing and rose bushes in the front yard.
With a relaxing patio atmosphere, adorable bistro tables, great food, and a good beer selection, you can't go wrong with Stella's Kentucky Deli.
This wonderful little gem is located in Lexington, home of the Kentucky Derby and the Mint Julep!
Stella's mission is to remain "dedicated to local farmers and to support local food economies", and with that socially conscious attitude, you can be assured you are getting high quality foods with fresh and local ingredients.

The Cold Spot (Charleston, WV)
There is nothing like enjoying good food and cold beer on a hot summer day, and with over 30 beers on tap, the Cold Spot has it, whether you're into craft beer or something a little more tried and true.
The wings alone are worth the trip to the Cold Spot in Charleston, West Virginia, but they also happen to have a pretty sweet patio. With wing flavors like Sweet BBQ, Medium, Hot BBQ, Sweet Asian, Wild, Toxic, Honey Mustard, and Agent Orange, there is something for everyone. They also have some vegetarian options and alternatives for the health conscious consumer.
So the next time you're in the mood for a pint on the patio, try the Cold Spot, and don't worry if the forecast calls for rain because this patio is covered! Grab a Guinness (or a Magic Hat, Sierra Nevada, Sam Adams, PBR, Flying Dog, Yeungling...) and watch the storm roll in.
